- First and foremost, to SELL! Our goal in working with you is to assist in selling your property. We strive to show each property in its best light, highlighting the property’s characteristics. Ex: built-ins, crown molding, vaulted ceilings, etc. Our goal isn’t to create the next best design, though we do still do our best to accomplish this. It is to sell your property! That is the whole point of home staging! We are another person to add to your selling team.
- Buyers cannot visualize. They need to know how the space functions; how they will live in the property. Take this great room we staged in Polk City for example. Potential buyers in this area are looking for spaces to entertain. The furniture arrangement allows for great communication. Low heights allow a clear sightline into the kitchen and dining spaces, allowing the large double windows to showcase the great balcony outside. While buyers have a hard time visualizing, sellers cannot detach from their home; it is too personal for them. Sellers are unable to separate themselves from the place they called home to be able to see their property as an outsider.
- Marketing. First impressions count. You want your property to stand out from the crowd! How do you feel during the first 10 seconds you walk into a new property? Buyers are going to judge a home on the first things they see. We want them to see one photo and instantly want more. Online marketing will drive them to view the home in person!
- Home staging is an investment. Over the years, staging has become more and more popular. A “must” in today’s market to be able to stand out. Many staged properties sell faster and for more. This investment allows you to earn the most for your property.
