1Complimentary Initial Meeting
Meet with owner and designer, Jodi, either virtually or in our showroom for a complimentary half hour consultation to go over your design. Your designer will take the information from your consultation and create a custom package for you based on your project needs.
Once your proposal is accepted, you will receive a signed contract and invoice. We require only 50% due up front, the rest of your balance is due at the review appointment. Your designer begins to work on selections, creating renderings, documents, and floor plans needed to see your vision come to fruition. Once selections are finalized, a binder is created detailing out all aspects of the project; so that clients can obtain apple-to-apple bids.
3Procurement & Implementation
While your space is under construction we begin ordering, receiving all the furnishing and accessories, and store them until installation. On the installation day/s, we bring in our designers and professional movers to complete installation and set up until your vision is achieved.
We design beautiful spaces that not only function but also match your brand message. Various levels of design involvement give you ﬂexibility to select the right design package for you. Our designers are skilled in working with architects, if needed, on commercial properties including hotels, restaurants/bars, retail/office spaces, and multi-family housing.– Jodi Peterman
