    Complimentary Consultation
    Meet with the owner and interior designer, Jodi Peterman, for a complimentary consultation. She will review your interior design needs to understand the project scope. She will also discuss your timeline and budget. From that information, you will receive a customized proposal outlining our design fee within 48 hours.

    Meetings & Reviews
    Once the contract is signed and the deposit has been paid you will be introduced to your lead designer. Your lead designer will contact you to set up timelines and meetings. When the designs are complete, a review appointment will be scheduled. At this appointment, your designer will go over all documents, renderings, and review samples. Your designer will take notes on your requested changes and communicate when you will receive updated documents with the requested revisions so you can obtain bids.

    Concierge Purchasing Experience
    While your space is under construction, we begin ordering. We’ll leverage our decades of manufacturer and designer relationships to provide you with FF&E savings. We’ll place your FF&E order and conquer all the details like freight, warehousing, and installation. On installation day(s), our team of designers and professional movers completes the installation. Our unique, no-nonsense approach to FF&E procurement keeps costs down. We purchase, receive, store, and install furniture, fart, and accessories for that finishing touch.

    We design beautiful spaces that not only function but also match your brand message. Various levels of design involvement give you the flexibility to select the right design package for you. Our designers are skilled in working with architects, if needed, on commercial properties including hotels, restaurants and bars, retail or office spaces, and multi-family housing.
