This multifamily property project in Louisville, Kentucky marked the culmination of a series of collaborations, beginning with a model unit infused with blushes, navies, and pinks. Using the model unit and new branding as inspiration, the commercial design space followed, featuring innovative design elements like a dual-textured fireplace, complemented by concrete accent tables and a vibrant mix of colors and textures across communal areas, including a business center and a teen hangout with retro arcade games. The project encompassed the selection, procurement, and installation of all furnishings, achieving a playful yet cohesive aesthetic.
