EED Created a 2022 Vision Board, Follow Along To See How!

Here at Elizabeth Erin Designs we are firm believers in the power of theme, goal setting and visualization. One way to help stick to your theme or goals is by creating a vision board. A vision board is a physical collection of items such as pictures, magazine clippings, words, and quotes that visually affirm your goals and dreams. A vision board is essentially a fancy name for a goal board or dream board that enacts the power of visualization.

Visualization is not about simply placing an image on a board to “manifest” what you want or just using “the law of attraction.” When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you do short visualization & goal-setting exercises throughout the day without even realize you’re doing it.

When it comes to making the vision board the number one rule is that there are no rules!

You can put whatever you want on it. Your board should include anything that inspires and motivates you. The purpose of a vision board is to focus on your greatest ambitions and bring them to life, visually.

We started with a base for the board with designs we like and places we wish to continue to work in.

We then used our teams goals for 2022 as inspiration for our vision board.

Jodi wants to have a balanced year! Balance of workflow, balance of challenges and balance of fun!

Katie wants for us all to better manage our stress by changing our perspective; to find a positive outlook and lift each other up in stressful times. Based on the quote “What if I fall? Oh, my darling, but what if you fly?

Ally wants to stop letting fear and anxiety get in the way of her work and to have fun with the creative process.

Amanda wants to create more thoughtful, efficient designs through creativity and ingenuity.

Diane is going try and increase her comfort level of learning and implementing new processes with EED to the best of her ability.

Laura is excited to watch EED grow and learn as a team and company.

Marah is looking to build more connections – not only for herself in our field/industry, but to also help assist Jodi in increasing EED’s connections and clients.

Ashtyn wants to become more confident in everything she does. “Having confidence in myself, my work, and others is something I hope to achieve this year.”

Then we found quotes and pictures to represent everyone’s goals to complete our vision board!
