Initial Meeting
We start with a phone call or email to hear your needs and ask any questions necessary to understand your project. This may involve a walk through of the property, seeing listing pictures, or sampling finishes. A proposal and contract is then sent and, upon signed contract and payment, we schedule your move.

Custom Staging Package
Once your staging is scheduled, a custom design is completed to perfectly compliment your home. Rentals include furniture, accessories, window treatments, artwork, rugs etc… 48 hours prior to staging, our office will reach out to confirm details to ensure clear communication.

Closing
A staging rental list will be sent within 24-48 hours with a detailed list, if your sellers or future buyers would like to purchase anything from within the home. If your sellers or future buyers would like to purchase anything from within the home. Once the property sells and the offer goes through, contact us and we will schedule a pick up of our items so there is no hassle.

Investment
A one time staging investment of $2,175 includes the following main floor spaces :
– Eat-in / Kitchen
– Hallways
– Great Room
– Powder Room
– Master Suite

Additions
Additional rooms staged are an additional
investment of $300 per room :
– Office
– Formal Dining Room
– Guest Bedroom
– Sitting Room

(Additional spaces not listed above can
be done at an additional cost)

Monthly Rentals
With your one time staging investment, you will get a complimentary one month of free rentals. After that, monthly rentals are $575 plus tax (even with additional rooms).
