By now I have blogged about multiple smaller areas, but have yet to show an overall space. Well the wait is over! Don’t let the statement bedding throw you off, other than the chair and bedding, the rest is actually pretty neutral. Hehe. You totally just looked! But it is true!
The grey headboard was actually a Homemakers find. I originally had my eye on one from a designer vendor we carry, but I was already at Homemakers shopping with a couple friends and found this one! He was a good color tone for what I was wanting and was on sale! Bonus! The nightstand might look familiar because we have an exact pair of them for our staging inventory. When we first ordered our staging pair, one came in without any hardware to attach the feet. So Wayfair, with how awesome they are, just sent us a complete replacement piece. So I was able to snag the missing hardware one. A quick hardware trip later and I had a brand new nightstand. The white paired perfectly with my DIY pieces, while the gold handles brought another gold touch in. Add in a chair and art (both gifts from friends) and that wall was complete!
The other side you might have noticed I have mentioned in a couple other posts. My dresser was an antique hand-me-down from when we cleaned out my great-grandma’s house. All the items above the dresser are called out in my other blog called “How to : Styling Open Shelves. My DIY crate, Walmart mirror, and Repinned bench make up my makeup corner. Add in some window treatments and hardware and my bedroom is complete!
