Luxury Vacant Home Staging
An all-inclusive home staging experience where our professional designers create an environment that buyers will want to call their home. Our team of expert interior designers curate and implement your home staging plan with attention-grabbing style, so you can focus your time and attention elsewhere. We understand your time is valuable… all it takes to get started is a phone call!
1
Initial Step
We start with a phone call or email to understand your needs and answer/ask any questions necessary to understand your project. Pricing is calculated with a base investment that includes staging the primary spaces buyers focus on, with the opportunity to add additional spaces as needed. A formal bid will be sent within 48 business hours. Once you select the package that works best for your needs, a contract and invoice is sent.
2
Next Steps
Once we receive the items from the initial step, your designer can get to work creating your Luxury Home Staging design. Your designer will use placement, color, texture and style to enhance your home and online marketing! Your designer will be selecting from our vast interior-design inventory of furniture, accessories, window treatments, artwork, area rugs and more – from our list of hand-selected vendors.
3
Staging Day
Your design team will stage your home. They communicate that they have finished with a teaser shot or two of the end result, and confirmation they have left the premises. If a buyer wishes to purchase any of the staging property, please contact your designer for a proposal!
