In this project, we collaborated closely with investors to remodel a 1960s midcentury modern home, enhancing its openness and natural light by removing walls and optimizing window placements. The remodel included selecting accent colors for both interior and exterior, designing functional spaces like the kitchen, and choosing materials that complemented the home’s original features. Creative touches, such as repurposing tiles and bricks, added unique elements, culminating in a design that beautifully bridges the home’s classic charm with modern

functionality.
