Complimentary Initial Meeting
Meet with owner and designer, Jodi, either virtually or in our showroom for a complimentary half hour consultation to go over your design. She will take notes on what you need, what direction you are wanting to go, review any existing selections or documents you have. You will receive a formal proposal within 24-48 hours after your meeting.

Accepted Proposal
Once your proposal is accepted, you will receive a signed contract and invoice. We require only 50% due up front, the rest of your balance is due at the review appointment. 24-48 hours after we receive the contract and deposit, you will be assigned a designer and review the next steps.

Review Appointment
In 1-3 weeks following your deposit, we will meet to review the design for your space via documents and samples of your products. With these documents, you will be able to get bids from contractors. The remaining balance of the design fee is due at this time. However, we will be available for any changes that are needed for your project – if that is a change in design direction or budget constraints – until we achieve your vision.


We believe that working with a professional designer, before you involve a contractor to obtain a bid, puts you in control of your budget and ensures a cohesive design. With the designs completed, you can obtain apple-to-apple bids, controlling what products you invest your money in.
